Matt was wonderful to work with. We were moving from out of state. He zeroed in on our wants and needs quickly, and weeded out houses that didn't fit those needs. He offered input on the areas we were looking at.He was aggressive to our benefit. He was patient and encouraging that we would find the house that would suit all our needs and we found the perfect house! Matt kept us informed during the entire process!
