I bought a condo through Matt 3 years ago. Recently, I put it on the market (also with Matt) and it was under contract within a week after my tennants moved out. Matt also sold my husband's house which went under contact the very same day it went on the internet. Matt is very knowledgable and is a go getter. I would highly recommend him. We plan on using him for a Mountain property in the near future. Thanks Matt for all of your hard work!
