Matt Mansfield began his career in Real Estate at the age of 20. Now with over 30 years of Real Estate experience Matt has became the forerunner for real estate success in the Denver Metropolitan area. Matt has also managed and trained dozens of agents. In addition, Matt has also helped many clients become free from thousands of dollars of debt in some of America's hardest times by personally negotiating on their behalf with some of the world's largest banks, such as, Bank of America, Citi Bank, Wells Fargo, to name a few. Matt's aggressive, go-getter attitude but responsible and respectful manner has helped him secure long lasting clients and relationships nationwide, including CEO's, private companies and international clients.

My History

You come first when you work with me! With my proven negotiating and marketing skills you have me in your corner in every step of the home buying and selling process! My real estate career started in 1993 with a small company that had a very experienced owner. He trained me from the start to always put my clients needs first and to be the best Realtor I could be by absorbing as much knowledge as I could from experienced agents and reading many books about real estate sales, client service, negotiating skills, etc. After several years I took this knowledge and opened my own company. I trained many agents to succeed and enjoyed mentoring them. I was given an opportunity in 2000 to originate loans for a local mortgage company. I enjoy new challenges and thought this would add value to my service as a Realtor. I ended up managing several national mortgage companies and learned the mortgage industry from top to bottom. In 2009 I decided to focus only on real estate sales and have found that my experience and knowledge of the mortgage industry has become a great asset to my real estate sales career! I joined RE/MAX in 2017 and am amazed at the care that my company put's in to every aspect of helping Buyers and Sellers succeed with their real estate goals. I have a great team of local lenders and home inspectors and my relationship with the best title companies in the state provides my clients the best services available. With my years of experience in working with other agents, lenders, home inspectors, buyers, sellers, foreclosures, short sales, etc and having an expert knowledge of the metro Denver housing market, you will have a real estate sales experience second to none!
